Lester is a playful take on cinematic genres, challenging viewers’ expectations. Garlic, crucifixes, mirrors, and a fear of sunlight have all become part of our collective imagination — unmistakable traits of the vampire myth.
But here, just like Lester toys with his prey, the film toys with its audience, teases them, and confronts their assumptions — only to better catch them off guard.
Synopsis:
Lester, a vampire, breaks into a young woman’s home with the intent to bite her. Startled awake by this strange intruder, she’s drawn into a game whose rules only Lester seems to know.
