We imagined a scene of playful misunderstanding between a brutally honest optician and a customer just a bit too young to be told her real age. The tone is light, with just the right touch of humor.

To make the spot resonate across Switzerland, we shot each scene twice: once in French, once in Swiss German. Same framing, same set, two different casts — except for Visilab’s ambassador Bernhard Russi, who appears in both. Because he’s just as comfortable in French as in Swiss German.
